You may be taking your first steps towards getting the support you need. Finding the right counsellor isn't always easy, so I invite you to book a free enquiry call. You can let me know a little about why you're looking for a therapist and find out about working with me.
Managing life's challenges and our mental health can be overwhelming. Whether it's anxiety, depression, coping with loss or just working out what's wrong and why we're feeling sad, we sometimes need help with our thoughts and feelings.
I am a qualified counsellor/therapist working online and in person in Brightlingsea, Essex (between Colchester and Clacton). I offer the chance to talk in confidence about thoughts and feelings that are giving you concern. I'll listen without judgement and, in your own time, help you to explore what's troubling you and find a way forward.
My own therapeutic journey helped me to work through a number of significant losses and periods of depression, as well as to find self acceptance. That process led me to become a counsellor and it is something that is really important to me. I am always humbled and privileged to be allowed inside someone's world, to help them overcome their challenges in life, heal wounds, and see them flourish.
